At Ayiti Cheri, our goal is to provide accessible health care to our sisters and brothers in Haiti. Our clinics are run out of local churches whose leaders support our mission but we aim to build a clinic that can provide medical support year-round. Ayiti Cheri at a Glance
Ayiti Cheri is an endearing and well-known phrase in Haiti. It means “Darling Haiti” and expresses the love people have for the country. Our team loves Haiti and its wonderful people who often have little or no access to medical care. Our works out of El-Shaddai Church in downtown Port-au-Prince to provide basic care. We serve the citizens of Port-au-Prince as well as those in the rural mountain town of Kenscoff that we visit a few days of each trip. The Kenscoff clinic is also hosted in a church building, in a similar fashion to our main location, El-Shaddai Church. Our goal is to establish a permanent clinic as we currently work out of churches and small buildings. With support, we are working toward our goal of purchasing land and building a state of the art medical facility staffed by the talented Haitian doctors and nurses we work alongside. We are eternally grateful for your prayers and support. Welcome to Ayiti Cheri!
